Tzu Chi Philippines Lunar New Year
On the evening of January 28, Tzu Chi volunteers and guests gathered at the Buddhist Tzu Chi Campus to welcome the Lunar New Year. They used traditional gongs and bells to dispel negative energies and welcome good fortune. The following morning, participants engaged in walking meditation and offered prayer candles, just as they had the night before, sharing hopes for a better year ahead. Among them was Tzu Chi volunteer Genalyn Soriano, who expressed her heartfelt wish: "I wish for an end to suffering in this world."
