Tzu Chi Volunteers joined 2023 Annual Meeting
It was a weekend of sharing, planning, and camaraderie as volunteers from Bicol, Bohol, Cebu, Davao, Palo, Pampanga, Zamboanga, and Metro Manila got together for Tzu Chi's annual meeting from Oct 20 to 22 at the Buddhist Tzu Chi Campus in Sta. Mesa, Manila. An initiative of Tzu Chi Philippines CEO Henry Yuñez to further professionalize Tzu Chi Philippines, the meeting tackled 5- and 3-year plans to reach important goals. They also made valuable suggestions for the vision of building a hospital in the future. Each volunteer had the opportunity to have their voices heard and gained a lot of operational knowledge of team operations throughout the process. Volunteers were able to strengthen their bond through group activities, light-hearted performances, and the requisite souvenir photo.

10月20日至22日，來自米骨省、保合島、宿務、納卯、帕洛、邦邦牙、三寶顏和馬尼拉各區的志工們齊聚一堂參加慈濟菲律賓分會在馬尼拉佛教慈濟志業園區所舉辦的2023年度研討會。這是菲分會執行長楊國英師兄為分會的制度專業化而發起的倡議。會議討論包括要實現重要目標的5年和3年計劃。大家也為將來要蓋醫院的願景提出珍貴的建議。每位志工都有機會提出自己的心聲，在整個過程中，大家對合和互協的整體運作有了真正的操作知識。志工們通過小組活動、輕鬆的表演加強整個團隊的聯繫關係。
