Tzu Chi Foundation 2026 Buddha Day, Tzu Chi Day and Mother’s Day
Tzu Chi Philippines had much to celebrate during its annual 3-in-1 festivities on May 10 at the Buddhist Tzu Chi Campus in Sta. Mesa, Manila. The occasion marked the 60th anniversary of Tzu Chi Foundation worldwide, the 32nd year of Tzu Chi in the Philippines, founder Dharma Master Cheng Yen’s 90th birthday, and Mother’s Day. TWo days earlier, the foundation hosted a historical groundbreaking ceremony for its Tzu Chi Medical Center.
With much to be thankful for, Tzu Chi volunteers, staff, scholars, and special guests gathered at the Jing Si Hall to participate in a Buddha Bathing Ceremony, a moving ritual of cleansing and renewal.
