Tzu Chi Iloilo Scholarship Program
With the recent launching of Tzu Chi's college scholarship program in Iloilo, volunteers conducted home visits to qualified applicants from several towns in the province. Grateful for the rare opportunity, the students shared their backgrounds and their motivations to finish school as well as their hopes for a brighter future—for themselves and their families.
