Tzu Chi’s 59th Anniversary and Dharma Master Cheng Yen’s birthday celebration
Just before sunrise on April 21, Tzu Chi Philippines volunteers gathered on the grounds of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Campus in Sta. Mesa, Manila, for a walking meditation to commemorate Tzu Chi’s 59th year and the birthday of its founder, Dharma Master Cheng Yen. Participants also marked the auspicious occasion with a sutra chanting ceremony at the Jing Si Hall.
晨曦未露的4月21日，馬尼拉佛教慈濟園區已凝聚一片莊嚴祥和的氣息。逾百位菲律賓慈濟志工迎著微涼晨風，以「經行」方式展開紀念慈濟基金會創立59週年暨創辦人證嚴法師壽誕的殊勝儀軌。
在靜思堂舉行誦經法會中，志工們以最虔敬的供養心，將這場靈山盛會踐行人間佛教的慈悲行履。
