Tzu Chi Philippines celebrated its 28th year last November 13 with a solemn 3 steps and 1 bow ceremony on the grounds of the Buddhist Tzu Chi Campus (BTCC) in Sta. Mesa, Manila. The milestone was also commemorated with a photo exhibit at BTCC’s Jing Si Hall. The exhibit featured 96 large-format images of Tzu Chi volunteers engaged in the foundation’s missions of charity, medical assistance, education, and disaster relief.
